略歴
2003年アートとしての万華鏡と出会い創作をはじめる。その翌年カレイドスコープ フォトン設立。
2010年初の個展となる『鈴木明子万華鏡展』（三木堀光美術館）を開催。
2015年には、アメリカでおこなわれる Brewster Kaleidoscope Society に初参加。
2017年には、初の日本開催となる万華鏡京都世界大会でのプレゼントスコープ制作。
2018年京都仏具師との共同作品で、京都市長賞受賞。
2019年 アメリカ ストラスモア展には審査委員賞受賞。同年、ニューヨーク日本クラブギャラリーでの作品展開催。
Biography
In 2003, she started working with Kaleidoscope as an art. The following year, Kaleidoscope Photon was established.
Held “Akiko Suzuki Kaleidoscope Exhibition” (Mitsuhori Hori Museum of Art), the first solo exhibition in 2010.
In 2015, he joined the Brewster Kaleidoscope Society for the rst time in the United States.
In 2017, he produced a gift scope for the first kaleidoscope in Kyoto.
In 2018, he won the Kyoto Mayor’s Award in collaboration with Kyoto Buddhist priests.
Awarded the Jury Prize at the 2019 Strathmore Exhibition in USA. In the same year, the exhibition was held at the New York Japan Club Gallery.
